Why should you treat a mentally challenged person differently? Sorry if that's not the proper word.?

FIrst off, mentally challenged is a stupid term and means nothing. Mntally challenged how? Is it a term made up by people who want to avoid the word disability.

It only does "these" people a disservice. A person with an intellectual disability in high school is almost certainly also developmentally disabled. So correctly they have IDD - an intellectual and developmental disability.

It is very likely that thi person doesn't fully understand the instructions given and the teacher doesn't have the time or will to give them extra time to learn. They may also have physical disabilities that aren't apparent to you. Often times people with IDD have floppy muscle tone, lethargy, and poor attention spans.

What this person is able to do may be the best they can be expected to do and they are be given credit for the appropriate level of participation given who they are. Instead of complianing about this, why not buddy up with the guy and try to help. Talk to your teacher to see if you could do that and maybe you wouldn't have to work so hard at exercise, but work at being compassionate.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
