Mahalo Answers asks all users to abide by the guidelines set in the Mahalo terms of service and does not have much leeway for people who choose to live outside those guidelines. I would suspect that myself or another Mahalo staffer witnessed you posting something in violation of one or more of these terms and that was way you were "locked" or as we call it... banned. From the terms of service "Account Management Without limiting any other remedies, Mahalo may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect, in our sole judgment, that you (by conviction, settlement, insurance or escrow investigation, or otherwise) have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with the Site or have engaged in activities in violation of the terms of this Agreement.
If Mahalo suspends or terminates your account, you may not open a new account, under your name, a fictitious name or someone else's name. Any tips accumulated under such an account, or any terminated Mahalo account, will not be paid out and will be the property of Mahalo.
