Why won't mom let me play video games on the weekdays?

.....Dear Miles, that may seem a bit strict to you, but it is her prerogative. She probably figures that if she lets you play video games after you finish your homework that you'll rush through your homework and not do a good job just so you can play games. She may be right, too.

You shouldn't hate her. It is kinda weird that she doesn't let you play even though you're done with homework. Maybe you could talk to your dad about it and see if he'll mediate between you and your mom?

Compromise? Maybe do some chores in exchange for an hour of videogames.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
