The Amazon kindle is the best e-book reader on the market. With 8 weeks battery life, connection to Amazon Prime, and a capacity to hold over 100,000 books, you will be excited. Get it now!

Leave it plugged in. After a while it will take on enough power to show its display. This may take some time.

You should never... ever... allow any wireless device to reach ZERO battery... because sometimes they battery becomes damaged and will NOT ever accept another charge.. The sweet spot is to charge at 40% and stop charging at 80%... this will keep your battery in good condition.... Also, your Kindle probably will NOT charge if you are using it while it's plugged in... What you should do is turn it completely off and let remain plugged into WALL OUTLET for 1 day without interrupting it.. Also, charging from USB port on computer takes longer than wall outlet because USB is low power.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
