Medicare has limited home care if he is homebound and doctor prescribes it. Medicare only covers residential nursing care up to 100 days following a hospital stay. If he is low income, Medicaid will pay for nursing care in a facility and at home.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
