Challenge accepted I will present to you a few facts and imply the conclusion 1 the DNA sequence determines practically everything about an animal FACT we know this because we have located certain genes and when turned off/removed, a specific aspect of an animal changes for example we can change someones eye color by changing their genes before they develop futhermore we can prove this by splicing genes from one animal to another, such as making rats glow under UV light by giving them luminous genes of jellyfish 2 We know the DNA copies itself, and we know nothing is perfect, so the DNA copy has a few mistakes FACT Its pretty obvious that dna is a copy of the parents DNA but what is not obvious most of the time is the tiny mistakes not seen, these mistakes can be part of the copying process or because of damage by radiation which is why people get cancer and stuff because the cells with damaged DNA don't work properly 3 since DNA determines everything about an animal and DNA is passed down and also changes over various generations, these changes add up, this is basically point 1 and 2 so FACT 4 an organism with better attributes is more likely to survive than its siblings, eg. a fish with stronger fins, also known as survival of the fittest, this point is so obvious but is a part of evolution FACT 5 over countless generations the organisms that have had mistakes in their DNA for the worse die off because well they don't work very good ones with no changes or changes that affect the 'junk' DNA (junk DNA is basically a build up of DNA mistakes that have been added and since they make no sense do not produce any effect really) organisms with good change however such as the fish go on to multiply and pass on their good DNA FACT so if you look at the past few points and look at the fish, you started with a simple fish and then many generations later, its great great etc child will have stronger fins than the original fish follow this further into the future, you have fish with fins strong enough to pull them onto land and across to get food etc this aspect of life not only applies to fins but to organs and brain structure etc but they are more complicated for me to explain.
Scientists create fruit flies with different characteristics in the lab all this can be done and not to mention the mountain of fossil evidence and genetic evidence that we have just hit the surface.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
