Will a low power power supply damage a high power pc?

Hi a cable that is rated at 125volts and 10 amps is have the wattage of the 250volt 10 amp cable so it could catch fire.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
