Probably not Assuming that he's still alive and nobody knows that, it unlikely except by accident. Dubya is so far down the toilet now that, if he had any chance of pulling Bin Laden out of a hat he would have done so already to make himself look better. It's always possible that somebody may trip over him in the process of doing something else but I doubt if there is or will be any concerted effort to track him down.As a practical matter he's probably sitting in some rich Saudi's villa or on a beach in Indonesia watching the circus on CNN and laughing his butt off.

There's good reason to believe he's in the mountainous regions of Afghanistan and Pakistan, which are excellent hiding places. American troops can't pass into Pakistan without upsetting a key ally. The locals have no interest in helping Americans.

The only forseeable radical event would be an overthrow of Musharraf, and even if that lets us send American troops into Pakistan they'd be more concerned with protecting the nuclear weapons than finding bin Laden.
