3 Thanks....maybe I need to clarify: There has been no trial and if a person never showed up, only a bench warrant is issued in MI, so there was never a conviction.

4 with modern police procedures, it is highly likely a warrant in one state would show up on a routine check in another state, and that the other state would hold the person for retreival by the issuing state.
