Will hair eventually grow back on a child suffering with alopecia areata?

I can imagine that you have a million questions and thoughts racing through your mind. It is horrible when our children become ill. I would try to wait patiently until the doctor can give you some more answers.

If it is alopecia areata, there can be treatment that is effective. Usually one's hair will grow back, but that is not always the case. If there are just spots or patches of missing hair, it is likely to grow back in just months.

If the hair loss is all over the head and the child is young you have more of a chance of it not growing back. But again, please do not jump the gun yet. Relax and just wait for answers.

You can always get a second opinion if this doctor can not give you answers you need.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
