Using Google Chrome internet cache on SSD makes the internet pages load faster. Putting Windows on SSD makes bootup and shutdown much faster and processes using windows run faster. Putting interactive HDD games or a favorite couple on the SSD has them running faster.
SSD's can be partitioned for multiple uses. Not sure the liquid cooler is any better than a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO. Check Hardware Secrets web site for that.
You do not show your computer case. A GTX 670 generally will need only a good 500W power supply with 2 6-pin connectors. With the CX750 running $70 after rebate, and is a great brand, it is their entry level.
You are probably prepped to add a second GTX 670.
That is a very good computer, it should run all games maxed out or at very high settings easily. Make sure to download the latest drivers for the graphics card and motherboard before you start gaming.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
