The larger the patient decides to go, the greater the chance that stretch marks may occur. Stretch marks occur with small scars and cracks in the skin surface, especially with a very large expansion or stretching effect. For example, if a woman has a 32AA and goes to a full C, the chances of developing stretch marks are very significant.
The stretch marks will often appear very red and will radiate from the areola like sun rays. They will, thankfully, fade with time, and the small capillaries and small blood vessels will turn white and appear much less obvious. You may decide to use topical solutions both before and/or after surgery on your breasts to help reduce this effect.
Vitamin E and Palmer's Cocoa Butter have shown to be useful with our patients.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
