Depends on if your state sees "new years eve" as a holiday or not I live in tx and we still get mail today just not tomorrow but you might be in luck my friend.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
