Will my wedding look cheap if I use plastic tablecloths & skirts, even though my centerpiece are very elegant?

It might stick together a bit because ModPodge is a permanent white glue (just thinned down a bit) and should stick at least a bit to plastics. Parts of the glue would also be in contact with other parts of the glue creating an adhesive hold in those areas, and the glue could also create mechanical holds in some areas perhaps. Don't know how strong the item would be though since there's no actual absorption.

If you really wanted to do that, you could perhaps adhere something porous to your plastic strips/squares first. Or you could create the basic bowl shape as papier mache then cover it with plastic bits all over or here and there, or weave it in an out of the bowl (if you'd left holes). Or even better, you could weave the whole bowl from long strips of plastic much like is done with plastic bags these days: https://www.google.com/images?q=plastic+... https://www.google.com/search?q=how+to+p... I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
