1) the Daily Mail is a tabloid. Linking to stories from it is pointless. It would have more in common with reality if you had linked to The Onion.
2) The real issue here is that there's $11 million still allocated. What are these funds for? How will they be used?
How could they possibly be used to "detect bombs"? Why are we wasting $11 million on something that can't even make sense?
No he is not to blame being that there were police officers..military soldiers..ambulances..first responders there..9 million more $ would have been a waste..being that this things happen randomly money will not stop one ignorant fool in a crowd with a bookbag.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
