Will push notifications work on the iPad?

I agree that push notifications are extremely useful. I am torn on this one at the moment. There seems no technology reason as to why push notifications can't work.To date though Apple have made no announcement that push notifications will work.

Therefore I expect that the probable answer is "no" - push notifications won't work on the iPad (at least initially). A problem could emerge on receiving the same push notification when using multiple devices (e.g. The iPhone and iPad). Push notifications like SMS text messages would also prove problemmatic.

These can currently only deliver to a phone and don't work wirelessly. So to summarise I don't think they will work because Apple would have announced it if push notifications were included. This might be added later though.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
