Will the black ops 2 dlc come out at midnight for ps3?

Black Ops 2 multiplayer is going to be supported with 4 DLC packs which will be released at a later date. Treyarch has said the DLC maps will be available in 2013. Since you purchased the Season Pass, you'll be able to download them without having to pay again.
