Will the identities of the lost tribes of Israel be revealed in the last days?

No one knows the answers to these questions, not just for Israel but for any nation on this planet. I will say that it'll be safer to assume that Israel will last forever at this point than not. Practically speaking, you should assume that, since that's more descriptive of how things go about in the nation.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
