No. The Affordable Care Act is a law. Congress can pass a bill to repeal that law, but such a bill would have to work its way through the legislative process.
It won't expire simply because Obama leaves office. On a side note, you probably don't want Obamacare to be repealed. The law has its flaws, but the healthcare system we had in place before Obamacare was fundamentally broken.
We had 50 million people without insurance. Double-digit growth in premiums; a ban on preexisting conditions; annual and lifetime benefit maximums; and no limit on the amount of premium dollars that had to be spent on actual clinical care (as opposed to CEO bonuses). All of this is why the CBO now shows that Obamacare will cost significantly less than originally thought.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
