Will unilug rims with 8 lug holes fit a 5 bolt wheel pattern?

No one on here knows your mechanical ability. Only you can decide if its do-able with some basic hand tools. If this was a SBC from 40 yrs ago (before computers) it would be a 30 minute job.

Of which 20 min is waiting for the gasket sealant to get tacky. But now days with all the computer wiring in the way and two piece intakes, aluminum heads, etc? You should go with the low bid. Nothing wrong with Craiglist mechanics.

They are just trying to make ends meet WITHOUT ripping people off like the bigger chains. Consider the low bid mechanics as making minimum wage, while the big guys are making premium wages. Both do good work, the little guy is just not as greedy and doesn't have all the overhead costs like the GM dealers.

Update: Shop A. Has 20,000 sq ft, paid vacation, health benifits, heating / cooling costs, newest tech machines, etc. Shop B. Has 800 sq ft. no paid leave, no health insurance, low heating / cooling costs, older tech tools.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
