Windows xp endless loop?

When you start the computer hit F8 and boot into safe mode. Windows 7 has an automatic rollback feature so that if you boot into safe mode after an interrupted update it automatically rolls the software back to the pre-update configuration.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
