The first thing you should do then is BLOCK him. Click on his avatar and then when his profile comes up, click on "block" That way you don't have to suffer him on any of your questions. He will not be able to answer.
Now, if he is being personal and abusive eg calling you fat, then yes you should report him. You should also report him if he doesn't answer the question and just comments, irrespective of whether you find his words offensive or not. The two examples you gave are DEFINITELY reportable.
Also be aware, however that sometimes if someone disagrees with you, you might feel they are offensive, but in practice they are not, they just take a different view. We haven't seen his other comments, but assume that you are sensible enough to know a personal attack from a general disagreement, and leave it to you to determine whether his other comments should be reported also. This of course assumes that you didn't ask a chat question for example " Does this outfit make me look fat?
- and then you got answers that you didn't like.
Yes you should report him. What he did to you was wrong to begin with. If you've read the Community Guidelines, this falls under insulting other users.
Remember this violation clearly has more than enough weight to ensure the permanent suspension of his Answers account. In addition, you can also block him. This should keep him from answering any more of your questions and prevent him from sending emails to you.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
