Would I be able to have surgery for my scoliosis with a curvature less than 40degrees?

Most surgeons would not perform scoliosis surgery on less than 40 degrees. Why? Mainly because most scoliosis is not the result of an accident of some kind.

Most scoliosis people are born with it. And while it is true that as you get older (and grow), the scoliosis degree can increase, it will never double the 12 degrees that you now have. In addition to that, all ALL spine and back surgery of any kind is dangerous, even under optimum conditions.

Good Luck.

I would talk to your docter about it and find the best option and also why the **** would you care about wearing a brace if it hurt and if the brace helps wear it. You don't have to all the time but it should help.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
