I would recommend you order the LED lights. A quick google and I found the links below.
Best advice working with these voltages: study up, know darn sure what you are doing. Thoroughly read the datasheet for the part, but it sounds like 400V is the reverse voltage rating for the diodes in the bridge, and so should be acceptable to use. Remember, 120V is the RMS value for the mains voltage, the output from the bridge will be up to two diode drops from the peak mains voltage of about 170 volts (120V/0.707).
So keep this in mind when designing the LED circuit. Also, you could just use two antiparallel series of LEDs, each side only on for half of a cycle.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
