It would be acceptable and useful to use both sets of controls in an experiment but be sure to keep in mind that the experiment would need to be for either mouse or human since the Lucidea Microarray ScoreCard is limited to these species. There is some redundancy in functionality between the two products in that the Microarray ScoreCard generates a partial "dynamic range" while Universal ScoreCard delivers a more complete dynamic range with its calibration curve. Both products have similar ratio controls and identical negative controls.
The main difference and additional benefit from using the Microarray Scorecard would be having positive and housekeeping controls. More.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
