Nope. Jet engines already have a huge supply of oxygen readily available. There is no point in carrying oxygen along in the fuel tanks.
The fuel is traveling at Air Mail postage type rates. You're paying many dollars per gallon for Oxygen you can get for free. Also the energy density of HP is very low.
The Germans built a HP powered rocket plane in WW2, but it only had about 6 minutes of fuel.
Wow! Do you do any of the work? Let me research this for you.
There are companies building prototype right now to show that it is feasible. GoldenLion 14 months ago .
Water weighs a whole lot more, costs more than double, and has much less oomph per pound than jet fuel. Not exactly the attributes you want in a fuel.
You don't have to "build a prototype" to figure out the feasibility. Engineers have these things called "slide-rules" or "calculators". Do you really think the thousands of Aerospace engineers haven't already scoured the shelves for powerful fuels?
The energy content per pound of liquids is very well known. There are tables of this in every beginning aerospace engineering book. Here's one:braeunig.us/space/propel.htm htm.
H2O2 has its advantages in certain very small niches. If you need a few pounds of thrust, with minimal folderol, H2O2 is super-- you just need a valve, a nozzle, and a silver screen. They do just this for small maneuvering rockets on the Mercury, Gemini, Apollo, and SS.
The only large-scale uses I can find are all failures-- the ME-163 rocket-plane and the UK's Blue Steel rocket. Neither one worked very well, killed or dissolved quite a few people and they were taken out of commission after a few trials.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
