Would replacing all our fossil-energy sources with solar and wind power be practical?

From what I know you'd be putting solar panels on the roof, or on something not attached to the roof. While they save you money in electric bills it's my understanding that in 15 years they will need to be replaced. Question is then, what new will be in solar in 15 years, how costly will it be, and would it be a replacement or not.

While I don't know if solar panels decrease the value of a home, there are other reasons why homes have lost value in the past and might lose value in the future and you can't blame it on solar panels. Sure you can tell people solar panels will save them money, but in exchange for them having to be replaced (or fixed if broken) well does that come out even, do they really save anything? Or can you convince them of that?

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
