Would the Toshiba Folio 100 be better for artists and graphic designers than the iPad?
The Toshiba Folio 100 was launched in 2010 and comes with several default applications such as Fring, Calendar, Documents To Go and the Toshiba Market Place. There is no Android Market for the Toshiba because of licensing agreements with Google. This means that you will not be able to access the apps available on the Android Market.
The Toshiba Market Place is a poor subsitute at only about 1800+ apps. The iPad, on the other hand, gives you full access to the iTunes App Store. If you are a designer, you will find that you will have abit more apps available to you on the iTunes App Store than you will get on the Toshiba Market Place.
Apps such as SketchPad, Dooble Buddy and Inspire Pro are available for you to do rough sketches or put down design ideas.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
