Probably not, because I tend to get sick after eating so much and so fast. I would tell him that I may not be the right candidate and that I am undergoing a strict diet but would come and support (with cases of Maalox) whomever decides to go.
Why sure! I don't see why this is a conundrum. What is the down side?
I probably would not win, but why turn down free hot dogs and a chance at fame and fortune? Just a souvenir photo of the contest would be great.
Heck, no, I'm lucky to get two whole hot dogs down anyway! I'd tell my boss to pick someone else. I think eating contests are disgusting, too, and it makes me want to puke just watching them.
And it doesn't seem right for people to shove as much food down their throats as possible when so many people in the world are starving to death.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
