Yes, but because I have experience. My father just got out of prison 2 years ago. He tore apart my family.

But after 5 years of prison he cleaned up his life. So as a leap of faith I hired him at my restaurant. He's one of the best employees I have.

He's in school now too, wants to be a counselor for drug addicts and alcoholics.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
