Probably not. It's not unheard of for the killer themselves to participate in their own "man hunt. " They enjoy watching everyone get afraid, and like hearing people talking about them.
I would worry that the killer was walking right next to me as we patrolled the neighborhood, or whatever other ridiculous thing some "community organizer" thought was a good idea. I would call the police if I had useful information, heard or saw something, etc, but I would probably not be the first in line to be actually beating the bushes for someone.
I don't think they have manhunts around here anymore, it's called being a vigilante and it's illegal. The Police wouldn't ask you to and wouldn't want you to join. I guess unless you live in a rural area.
Hell yes. To me that he's running likely means he did it. Course It'd be a no go if they wouldn't let me carry a gun, but I don't foresee that happening in Alaska.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
