I'd dump the Mustang for an Eclipse 500. If I had a cool extra million, there's hands down no better VLJ than a Spectrum S33. It has a range of 2000nm, cruises at 425 knots, can carry 7 people, and has a max altitude 0f 45,000, which is 4 or 5 thousand feet higher than most other VLJs.
But in the 1.5-2 million range, the Eclipse gives you one of the best performing planes for your money. The Mustang has suffered quite a few flight control problems in the last few years. None resulted in accidents, but it's an issue that has caused sales of the Mustang to stall while Cessna fixes the problems.
Also, the Mustang has turbofan engines, not turbojets, like pretty much any jet aircraft manufactured in the last 30 years.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
