WOW I just found an argument against gay marriage that actually made sense?

Because marriage is scarcely thought of as Christian bounded. At least "marriage" does sound like an official couple union and we won't settle for less. We're striving through this battle and gay marriage is being recognized at a faster and greater rate than ever.

I understand people feel man + woman isn't holy under their personal Gods and therefor shouldn't be called marriage but all I have to tell them is they don't see us trying to outlaw their marriages. Just let people live freely! Life would be easier.

EDIT Even if you include every religion I'll admit most mainstream ones condemn us gays as a whole. I don't want to argue further over whether gay marriage is logical but I'll just leave it that I believe if two lovers make a commitment that lasts a life time then they oughtta get married. What is the best interest of children?

It would be to let gay couples take them and give them a loving home and if a gay couple wants to call their union or family a marriage then I don't think anybody should stop them. I think marriage is less about religion and more about a scared union.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
