Writing Kernel extensions for AIX?

There are a couple of IBM Redbooks available: Don't worry too much if they are for older versions of AIX, there has not be that much change since 5.1 and may things from even older versions still apply redbooks.ibm.com/abstracts/sg245674.html (developing and porting C/C++ programs) redbooks.ibm.com/abstracts/sg244946.html (writing reliable AIX daemons) redbooks.ibm.com/abstracts/sg246034.html (AIX 5L porting guide) I hope you have seen the official documentation: (Kernel Extensions and Device Support Programming Concepts) URL4 Markus.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
