XmlDocument.Validate() complains when targetNamespace in the schema and namespace in the XML are set?

Try adding elementFormDefault="qualified" to the Schema file. By default, the attribute value is unqaulified, but in your XML file, the child elements of the shiporder are qualified. That will make the validation fail.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
