Well, first of all, there are really 40 numbers, 1-38 and 0, and 00. Each time the wheel is spun, every number has the same chance of coming up. So if you're going to play an individual number, it doesn't matter which square you put your money on.
It doesn't matter what number came up last. So the same number or a different number, the odds are the same.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
