This would be hard, however its not my place to do anything. I should not have to take sides, nor should any child. Support your parents decision and let them both know they are loved, but also stand your ground about listening to either of them vent.

Nothing! That is for Mom and Dad to work out...and you do not want to be placed in the uncomfortable position of making a choice.

You let them know you love them equally and that they need to do what they feel they must and you will support them both. It has to be very hard on them as well as you.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
