Mid-twenties, and I've stayed in both. The times that I stayed at a hostel were largely the result of finances. I'd say that it depends upon what kind of experience you're looking for.
When traveling alone, staying at a hostel can be nice because you almost invariably meet other people. At the same time, I really like having my own bathroom, and hostels can also be noisy (I once stayed in an 18 bed room, talk about a bad night's sleep) and security concerns are greater. Bring a lock for your suitcase and a padlock in case they have lockers.
I always stay at hostels. They do not have to be youth hostel. One reason is because you get to meet people from all over the world there and make friends Another is because the staff can usually refer you to interesting places to visit that are not tourist trapsOf course the cost is a factor as wellI am 54 and have stayed in them all over the world.
It all depends really. I'm in my mid to latter twenties, so I would prefer a hotel but if you are in your earlier twenties, i'd say hostel! You'll have more fun!
I think I will chose a hotel . I`m 23 years old .
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
