Packs work with every paid plan. They are used only after your daily quota runs out and stay valid for 12 months. Turn on auto-recharge and a busy day keeps going, up to the monthly cap you set.

What uses a token
Each response says in usage.billable whether it counted against your tokens, so your own logs can track usage.

Questions
What happens when I change plans?
An upgrade takes effect at once, and you pay the difference for the rest of the month. A downgrade starts with your next billing period. Your pack tokens are never lost.
Do unused daily tokens roll over?
No, the daily quota resets at midnight UTC. Pack tokens carry over for 12 months.
Can I use the free plan in a commercial product?
The free plan is for personal and non-commercial projects, and its cards carry a small WebKnox credit. Starter is the cheapest commercial plan.
Do you store my users' questions?
No. WebKnox never stores message text. For billing and support we log the time, card type, result and tokens of each request, and delete those entries after 90 days.
How do I pay?
By card through Stripe, with a VAT invoice for every payment. Scale can also pay by bank transfer.
