Use the link below. One of the contact options is via telephone. Html?

Click on the HELP link at the top of any Amazon page and then click on the CONTACT US button. This will take you to a page where you can email Amazon or call them and they will call you back. Predator's link, unfortunately, sends you to Kindle support, so you might be bounced out of that section and sent to Customer Service.

By the way, also inform your credit card company. It's obvious these are fraudulent charges.

Thanks, I finally found it. Although I have a print-out of transaction number, date and amount, Amazon. Com will not help.

I would like to know who is using my c/c. This is is a growing problem among people I know. Beware.

OK. Call your credit card company immediately. They will start an investigation to get those charges off your bill.

They can deal with Amazon. Be sure to tell the CC company Amazon refuses to help you, because they always suggest you contact the merchant first.

I did report it. The problem is rampant. Iquestion 14 months ago .

I called 1-800-201-7575 and found that in my case, every time I used a AMAZON REWARDS coupon, that come in $25.00 increments from Chase, the ordering can get confusing. My bill had a charge named: Amazon. Com(Services and Merchandise).

Turns out that my order for several books had been split and the charges were made when each order was shipped. The amount of the coupon was used in the order and then a separate amount above that amount was charged to my card using a different, untrackable purchase number. So, it turns out that Amazon just didn't send an email updating or explaining a charge.

I guess it is too late to help, but the number for Amazon is 1-800-201-7575. When you say "the problem is rampant", do you mean identity theft and credit card fraud in general, or something specific to Amazon? Either way, I sure hope you are able to get it straightened out, and the money back, quickly!
