Julian can also be a girls name so noooo James is too widely used and of course will be nicknamed Jamie, jams, jamo, germs, jammie dodger etc So definately Matthew. It suits the other names better, he'll be nicknamed matty when he's young, matt when he's older and when he's fully grown his name will sound masculine and attractive.

James Alexander Andrews, sounds romantic, strong, interesting, bold, brave, and just plain HOT! :3.
