I can totally relate to you. I have been in ballet for 10 years and I also am waiting to go on point. My dannce teacher is always complaining that I have weak ankles and that I am all stretched out because I'm really flexible.
Ok, so get marbles and a plastic container and pick the marbles up on by one and, just by moving your ankle, put them into the container. It works very well. Or get Elasca bands which you put around your ankles and just point and fllex, it helped tramendously!
And lastly just stand on one foot with the other in coupe and rise up and down very slowly (it also strengthens your calves!) Have fun! More.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
