Because he's an idiot. Literally, one of the dumbest crimes ever committed by one of the stupidest people I've ever heard of. The Patriots aren't going to suck because this ******** will be in jail.

They were fine before him and they'll be fine without him. Worry about Gronk not being back before week 6.

We have no way of truly knowing what the hell happened on the property that night and what lead to it all going down. Maybe he did it and maybe he didn't and is covering up for somebody else. Maybe it was in self defense.

Nobody knows what lead to it all and if he planned on having him killed for something gone wrong or whatnot. Maybe he won;t face life as he might cop a plea. Maybe he si found not guilty.

The fact is he still will have 5 gun related charges even if he is found not guilty of 1st degree murder. He is in some serious trouble. I think his lawyer being as there is no murder weapon or witnesses will work on a way of spinning the whole thing in his favor.

Juries look for stuff like that in terms of witnesses and evidence such as murder weapons. There is also the obstruction of justice charge. It looks bad for him right now based on the fact that he destroyed video evidence and cellphones etc.
