You probably took the test too early for it to detect the pregnancy hormone in your body, I would make an appointment with your doctor and have a pregnancy test done there to see if you are pregnant or not. I did the same thing, I took a test and it was negative, and then the following week, I still felt pregnant, so I saw my doctor and had a test done there and found out I was pregnant, and he said when I tested the first time, there was not enough of the pregnancy hormone in my body to give the test a positive.
