Sounds like good timing to me ... but there's nothing special about 6 days You're trying to make sure that normal variations in your cycle are accommodated for - so about a week.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
