4 GB Emprex flash drive does not work. Does anyone know how to get in touch with them by phone? This is a USB PD330 4 GB flash drive.My queries via their website go unanswered.

I did get my rebate for this product so I'm only out $20, but I sure would like to have this working. I get the following error when copying files to this drive: Cannot copy "filename": The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error. Any help is appreciated!
