A puppy passes from Aspiration Pneumonia after a week of our ownership. What are our right? Can we fight the breeder?

As someone who only gets my children from rescues, (all Chihuahua's 2 long coats 1 short coat and I just lost one last month. One in particular that is the best small dog rescue in Phoenix my babies hail from, I only take in abused, special needs babies. I get them any age preferably older since most want the small cute puppies.

Once you get a rescue like yours, know that kind of behavior is that of a severely abused baby that likely has also been very neglected. He will become so attached and demanding of you that he'll be on your lap/bed all the time w/ you. Likely you probably haven't even had privacy in the restroom.

If you are not up to the task as this is a lifelong commitment, then turn him to a small animal rescue. If he ends up at animal control or humane society they will put him down as unadoptable meaning he goes on the kill list so please many people like me only take these types. Please send him to a rescue and not a shelter and if you will keep him, he will be very loyal to you.

Currently he is making it very clear that you belong to him. Give it time and if you have patience you two will be the closest beings and he will protect you fiercely, 2 of my Chihuahua's are 4 and 5 lbs. Both bite and have grown men scared to enter our home.

Your baby will be a guard dog. Correct me if I'm wrong he goes nuts when the doorbell rings?

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
