I think you are mixing terms. For the title. Single holder title, the single title holder is of course 100% owner.
Joint title - each listed title person has 100% rights to the car except for title transfer, that requires both signatures on fhe title. So any dispute among the two owners is personal or one party could file an action in civil court if they felt they were being slighted. There is no senior or junior holder.
Co-signer is related to a loan. My advise, never own joint vehicle, ever.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
