The same reason the said Bush would bankrupt America by spending all the money on his Iraq War, then Obama spends more on Welfare in 2010 ALONE, than Bush spent on the ENTIRE Iraq War, see paragraph 13 below http://www.heritage.org/research/reports... and he does this after Clinton and the Republicans had welfare under control and headed in the right direction http://www.nytimes.com/2006/08/22/opinio... ...
His vote against raising the debt ceiling occurred in 2006. In 2008, the banksters, who prefer the debt ceiling to increase to increase the interest revenue they receive, bought Obama, I mean invested heavily in his campaign. Obama served his bankster masters well by voting for the bailouts.
After he was elected, he appointed bankster Geithner to be Secretary of the Treasury and expanded the bailouts. The greed of his bankster masters will never be satisfied however. They now demand that the debt ceiling be increased by a very specific amount and that budgets never be balanced to continue the flow of interest revenue into their coffers for all eternity.
