Surgery helped me. I tried to let my lateral meniscus heal, but it never did - in fact it just kept getting worse. I tried glucosamine and chondroiton, and I rested it, staying off of it.So, I finally elected for surgery and now it is perfect.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
